Perry recorded "Some Children See Him" during sessions for his 1968 Christmas Album but it was excluded from final release. Music by Wihla Hutson. Lyrics by Alfred Burt. It was Burt's custom to write a new Christmas carol every year and enclose it in his Christmas cards to friends and family. Collections of his carols have been recorded by the likes of Fred Waring and the Pennsylvanians and Ralph Carmichael, amongst others. Bing Crosby's last Christmas album, "A Time To Be Jolly" featured them, sung by a vocal group, as intros to his songs. |
