1975 appears to have been a year of experimentation for Perry in Nashville where he again recorded an extraordinary number of tracks from which the songs for this album were chosen. This was Perry's last album with Chet Atkins in Nashville and most of the additional songs recorded here were never released. One can only imagine what Perry's version of "Yellow Beach Umbrella" may have sounded like.
